Wildlife in Costa Rica

We want to introduce you to our country's fantastic wildlife. Costa Rica's Central Pacific Coast is home to many animals such as Iguanas, Monkeys, Toucans, Scarlett Macaws, Sea Turtles, a huge variety of birds and other animals.
Our biodiverse ecology, unique wildlife, and other beautiful things such as flowers, trees, and the pristine rain forests of Manuel Antonio and Monteverde will be memories you will have for a lifetime.

Enjoy watching sea turtles lay their eggs and baby
releases daily at Le Reservacion Nacional, Playa Hermosa, Punta Mala. Also see crocodiles in the River Tarcoles, a short 15 minute drive from Jaco Beach. We also offer excursions to the pristine beaches of nearbly Esterillos, an enchanted shorline full of sand dollars, beautiful shells, and slightly smaller waves than the heavier break in Playa Hermosa. Here, longboard surfers come to Esterillos, to experience a gentler break, and see the beauty of the large palm trees right on the beach, or experience the variety of small town restaurants.

  1. This is one of the main reasons I'm excited to go to Jaco beach next month. My one buddy went recently and told me the wildlife there is really something else. Thank you for sharing this with us!
